Residencia Real Estate is actively seeking an experienced & reputable UK/European or US partner preferably with investment contacts, who would be interested in opening one of their branch offices in Abu Dhabi. The capital of the UAE, initially (but not limited to) the sale of the new lease hold & free hold & off plan properties currently being make available by the developers. We already have the necessary trade license & office/reception space available, which initially we would offer along with other administration & support services to a suitable partner, or franchise partner.
